Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations, Refusals & Exchanges

At Shadow’s Edge Sabers, each order begins its journey the moment it is placed. If you decide to cancel, refuse delivery, or request an exchange after purchase, a 5% deduction will be applied to your refund. This fee covers non-refundable merchant and processing costs already incurred during the transaction.

Import Duties & Taxes

For international customers:

  • Import duties and taxes are your responsibility.

  • If you decline to pay these charges and the order is returned or deemed undeliverable, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • Shipping charges in these cases are non-refundable.

Delivery Policy

Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier (including signature confirmation where applicable), ownership passes to you. From that point onward, Shadow’s Edge Sabers cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage.

  • Ensuring someone is available to receive your saber upon arrival.
