Shipping Policy
Every saber sold at Shadow’s Edge deserves a swift and secure journey to its rightful wielder. We work with trusted couriers to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed in the morning (UK time) may be prepared for same-day dispatch where possible. However, same-day dispatch is not guaranteed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During periods of high demand, conventions, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
UK Shipping
For customers within the United Kingdom:
• Standard delivery typically arrives within 1–5 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We use reputable courier services to ensure safe delivery.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.
European Shipping (DDP – Duties Paid)
For customers within Europe:
Orders are shipped using DHL Express or equivalent courier services where available.
For many European destinations we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) meaning:
• Import duties are pre-paid
• Customs clearance is handled in advance
• No additional charges should be required upon delivery
However, customs regulations vary by country and delays may occasionally occur.
Special Forge & Drop-Ship Orders
Some sabers and accessories are dispatched directly from our partner workshops or fulfilment centres.
These items may require up to 14 business days for delivery, depending on the product and destination.
Where items are shipped directly from our partners, tracking information will be provided when available.
Orders containing both in-stock and drop-ship items may arrive in separate shipments.
Customs, Duties & Import Regulations
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the purchase and importation of replica prop items is legal in their country or region.
While we make every effort to ensure smooth international shipping:
• customs inspections may occur
• delays may be caused by customs authorities
• regulations may vary between countries
Shadow’s Edge Sabers is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or regulatory procedures.
If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs duties or local restrictions, any return shipping costs or fees incurred may be deducted from a refund where applicable.
Shipping Delays
Delivery times provided are estimates only.
Shadow’s Edge Sabers is not responsible for delays caused by:
• courier service disruptions
• weather events
• customs inspections
• incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
• events outside our reasonable control
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the parcel.
If the parcel cannot be recovered or returned by the courier due to incorrect information, Shadow’s Edge Sabers cannot guarantee a refund.
Delivery Confirmation
Once a shipment has been successfully delivered to the address provided and confirmed by the courier tracking system, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
If a customer believes a parcel has been lost after delivery confirmation, they should contact the courier directly or notify us so we may assist with an investigation.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and product.
If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit by the courier, we will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.
Claims may take time to process depending on courier procedures.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may sometimes be shipped separately depending on product availability or fulfilment location.
In such cases you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
