Shadow’s Edge Sabers — Returns & Refunds
Every saber forged at Shadow’s Edge is crafted to endure, whether it rests in a collector’s vault or clashes in the hands of a duelist. While we aim for perfection in every piece, we recognise there may be rare times when issues arise. This policy sets out how returns and refunds are handled.
1. Faulty or Damaged Sabers
If your saber arrives damaged or fails to perform as expected:

Contact us immediately with clear photos and a description.

Do not send the saber back until we authorise the return in writing.

If confirmed as a manufacturer defect or electronic fault (not caused by user error), we will repair or replace under warranty.
Refunds are not issued for combat wear or misuse, but our technicians will support you in restoring the weapon.
2. Standard Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.

Sabers modified, mishandled, or charged with non-approved devices are not eligible.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the saber is faulty or incorrect. We recommend tracked and insured shipping.
3. Items Excluded from Return

Signature Editions (raffle prizes, autographed runs, or limited releases)

Unique commissions/custom builds made to order

Sabers returned with combat marks, cosmetic wear, or altered internals

Electronics damaged due to:

Reverse battery polarity

Unauthorised board or SD card modification

Charging with non-approved devices or over-voltage

Sale and clearance sabers follow the same return window and conditions as standard products if unused and intact.
⚠️ Sabers purchased second-hand or through unauthorised sellers are not covered under our returns or warranty.
4. Cancellations (Custom & Signature Orders)

A 5% non-refundable deposit applies to cancellations.

Once production begins or a saber has been signed, the order is final.

Signature Editions are unique works — once forged or signed, they cannot be unmade. Please ensure commitment before ordering.
5. Refunds
If a return is approved:

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

Change-of-mind returns incur a 5% handling fee (merchant & admin costs).

Refunds may take up to 14 business days depending on your payment provider.
