If you create an account, you are responsible for:

3) Ordering & Contract Formation
Adding items to your cart does not guarantee availability.
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch or otherwise accept your order.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders, including where:
• pricing errors occur
• stock becomes unavailable
• fraudulent activity is suspected
• payment cannot be authorised
Quantities may be limited per customer, household, or address.
4) Pricing, Taxes & Promotions
Prices and availability may change without notice.
Where applicable:

• duties or import fees
will be shown during checkout.
Where DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping is offered, import costs are included in the final checkout price.
Promotions and discount codes are subject to conditions and may be withdrawn at any time.
5) Shipping, Risk & Title
Dispatch timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss transfers once the order has been successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer and confirmed by the courier tracking system.
Title to goods transfers once payment is received and the order has been dispatched.
Some sabers may ship directly from partner workshops or fulfilment partners.
6) Pre-Orders & Lead Times
Pre-orders reserve stock but estimated delivery dates may change.
We will notify customers if significant changes occur to expected dispatch times.
7) Product Use, Safety & Care
Products sold by Shadow’s Edge Sabers are replica prop items inspired by fictional weapon designs.
They are intended for:
• collectors
• display
• cosplay
• light-to-moderate dueling
They are not toys and must be handled responsibly.
⚠️ Sabers should be kept away from small children and used responsibly.
⚠️ Always charge with a 5V 1A maximum charger. Higher output chargers may damage electronics and void warranty coverage.
Shadow’s Edge Sabers is not responsible for damage resulting from:
• misuse
• unsafe handling
• modification
• improper charging
• use outside intended purposes
8) Compliance With Local Laws
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, importation, and use of replica prop items is legal in their jurisdiction.
Shadow’s Edge Sabers accepts no responsibility for products restricted, confiscated, delayed, or prohibited by local laws or customs authorities.
9) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Custom builds, Signature Editions, and personalised items may not be returned once production begins.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
10) Order Cancellations, Refusals & Exchanges
Orders cancelled after purchase may incur a 5% deduction to cover non-refundable payment processing and administrative fees.
If an international shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges or abandoned at customs:
• original shipping costs will be deducted from any refund
• return shipping or customs charges may also be deducted
Shipping costs are non-refundable in these cases.
Once a parcel has been confirmed delivered by the courier, Shadow’s Edge Sabers is not responsible for loss or theft.
Customers should ensure a secure delivery address is used.
11) Delivery Confirmation & Responsibility
Where courier tracking confirms successful delivery to the address provided at checkout, the order shall be considered fulfilled and delivered.
Shadow’s Edge Sabers is not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
12) Accuracy of Content & Availability
Product specifications, colours, and materials may vary slightly between manufacturing batches.
We reserve the right to:
• correct errors
• update product information
• cancel orders where inaccuracies occur
13) Intellectual Property
All website content including:
• logos
• product designs
• images
• branding
• text and graphics
belongs to Shadow’s Edge Sabers or its licensors.
Content may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
14) User Content & Reviews
By submitting reviews, photos, or other content, you grant Shadow’s Edge Sabers a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, and display that content.
You are responsible for ensuring submitted content does not infringe third-party rights.

• distribute malware or malicious code

• impersonate others

Violations may result in termination of access.

19) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Shadow’s Edge Sabers first to resolve any issue before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
If a chargeback is initiated without prior contact, we reserve the right to provide all relevant order records, delivery confirmations, and policy agreements to the payment provider.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension or refusal of future orders.
20) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shadow’s Edge Sabers and its affiliates from claims arising from:

• breach of these Terms
• violation of applicable laws
21) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if these Terms are violated.
