Shadow’s Edge Sabers — Warranty Policy

At Shadow’s Edge Sabers, every hilt is built to endure. To give you confidence in your weapon, we provide a 12-month limited warranty on all new sabers purchased directly from our store.
1. What’s Covered
For 12 months from the date of delivery, your saber is protected against:

Manufacturing defects in the hilt, electronics, and core.

Non-functional soundboards, switches, or LEDs due to manufacturer fault.

Faults in internal wiring not caused by external damage.
2. What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not apply where faults are caused by misuse, including but not limited to:

Combat wear or blade strikes beyond light-to-moderate dueling.

Damage from improper charging (⚠️ using chargers above 5V 1A).

Reverse battery polarity or use of non-approved batteries.

Board or SD card modifications.
-
Cosmetic scratches, scuffs, or wear from handling, display, or cosplay.

Second-hand purchases or sabers from unauthorised sellers.
3. How to Claim

Proof of purchase

Clear photos or video of the issue

Do not return your saber until authorised. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Once approved, we will arrange repair or replacement of the faulty component at no cost to you.
4. Remedies

If the fault is covered, we will repair or replace defective parts free of charge.

If repair is not possible, we may replace the core or issue store credit.

Refunds are not issued under this warranty.
5. Limitations

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

Coverage lasts 12 months from the date of delivery.

In no case will Shadow’s Edge Sabers be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
